− Obiekt brudny, pokój nieposprzątany, śmieci, resztki pod łóżkiem, plamy, ściany w muchach. Najbardziej uderza obsługa, dość, że czekaliśmy w recepcji żeby ktokolwiek się zjawił, to po zgłoszeniu problemu z brudnym pokojem i zapewnieniu ponownego sprzątania nie zrobiono nic , został użyty odświeżacz. Klima w tragicznym stanie. Ogólnie brak profesjonalizmu, lekceważący stosunek ze strony personelu, nawet nie usłyszeliśmy przepraszam. Zgłaszam booking

− W restauracji obsługa, Pani się śmiała jak inna osoba zaprzyjaźnione z kelnerką, rzuciła torebkę zajmując miejsce, gdy my wybieraliśmy stolik. To, że jesteśmy Polakami, czuliśmy się zdyskryminowani. Panią kelnerką bardzo ubawiła ta sytuacja, a to był brak kultury ze strony tej Pani. Kilka razy nocowaliśmy w tym obiekcie, ale nigdy Nas to nie spotkało. Co do czystości to było brudny grzejnik w łazience pełno kurzu, pajęczyna w szafie, podarte ręczniki i pościel. Nie polecam. Bardzo się zawiedliśmy cena ci do takich warunków jest mocno wygórowana.
