For the money.very disappointed
4.0Tidy and close to beach
− Took a 95 pound no refundable deposit from me as the online links they were using were the only way to pay the deposits and weren’t working well. The check in links were a nightmare from the beginning. Then on top of the 100 pounds they took 45 pound pet payment for cleaning. We left the place in good condition. Could have stayed elsewhere for that extra. Also no tea or coffee or milk provided as a welcome. Attic was open on arrival. No battery cover on remote.

5.0− Dirty air fryer, washing machine dispenser draw mouldy/dirty, no non slip mat in bath for shower users, hand basin plug not sealing, large slug found under plug in sink, rusty microwave, no live tv, no instructions re recycling or any information folder, trim on small coffee table needed sticking.
Slightly disappointed with the whole experience

− Small settee was uncomfortable, problems with both TV’s not working properly and no standard terrestrial stations. It looked a shower curtain was being used as a curtain in the second bedroom and didn’t block any light out. Kitchen showing its age. The area was a little unkempt and needed tidying. Finally when we booked with Booking.Com there was no mention of additional insurance costs / bond payment that the property company would apply before you were allowed entry which were very pricey for 4 days stay. also Booking.Com would not price match as they claim.
