Excellent overall experience, beyond expectations. The location is nice and quiet, in a newly built neighbourhood. Car access is controlled and supervised in real time by security guards, so the area is very safe. There are sufficient parking places. We counted at least two grocery stores, a pharmacy and a cafe within under 5 minutes walking distance. Two major supermarkets and a major shopping mall are also less than 1 km away. The property itself looks pretty much exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and spacious; there is a large living / dining room plus kitchen open space area, a reasonably sized bedroom, and a nicely finished bathroom with a walk-in shower. It sits on the ground floor, and there's also a fairly large terrace spanning the whole width of the flat, with some garden chairs + table where you can have your coffee, tea, or just relax in open, fresh air. Feature-wise, there are two TV sets (living room + bedroom), a washing machine, a fully accessorized kitchen (stove, traditional and microwave ovens, coffee machine, electrical kettle etc), air conditioning, wi-fi etc. There's also a fireplace - albeit electrically powered, but I am sure it's nice and cozy in the wintertime (we stayed here in July, so we didn't have the chance to test it). Last but not least, before arrival and during the whole stay we kept in constant touch with the host, who was very kind and helpful all the time. Will gladly book again anytime in the future. Highly recommended!
