Couple of days break, which was comfortable and everything we needed

Lovely, clean, well-kept spacious apartment, great hosts, fab river location near city centre.
9.0The host Peter was there when I arrived to let me in and show me how everything worked, and was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, spacious and great location (beautiful river walk just across the road, Asda v nearby and less than 10-minute walk to city centre). We also loved that they provide basics like bread, jam and milk for you, and even wine and chocolate.
− A few things need replacing or adding, eg we couldn't find a good sharp veg knife or bread knife. I would have preferred cotton to synthetic bedding, but some people might not mind this and the beds were still comfortable.

9.0We both loved how everything was presented, this apartment gives a lot more than as described, Peter and his daughter Rachael a think it was had gone out there way to include so many extras even I was surprised!
− For me personally owing to my weight id prefer a divan double bed and Blackout curtains in all rooms despite them having both blinds and light curtains. I have sight issues and found the bedside lamps to be too bright as you look down on top of bulb. These are fine for everyone else and was a very minor issue owing to my cataract problems.

10.0Comfortable, five minutes walking to the centre, a real gentleman host, basic food provisions, all in all good value for money.
Bars restaurants & sight seeing.
