10.0Ospitalitatea gazdelor, întreaga locație, curățenia din hotel dar și din cameră, micul dejun diversificat și faptul că este foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice dar și de stațiile transportului public.
Recomand tuturor celor care vizitează Istanbulul !
10.0Locație aproape de obiectivele din centru , de marele bazar , parcare proprie ( inclusiv Electrica) , mic dejun foarte bun , camere spatioase și curate , personal foarte amabil ( recepție , parcare ) Din fața hotelului un taxi până în Taksim ( 35-40 lei )

9.0We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, and they were kind enough to change our room to better suit our needs, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Şemseddin, Rıdvan, Burhan, and Muhammed for going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Your kindness and dedication made our experience even more memorable.
− The shower cabinet had no door and they forgot to replace it.
