ok, but wouldnt go with dogs and small kids. no airconditioning for summer time
4.0great kitchen and bathrooms clean, great view
− not the windows but inside them on groove and flyscreen very dirty & moldy, broken flyscreen, no cot in property on arrival, then no mattress came with cot and had to call a couple of times to findl out what was happening before booking asked about fences, they said thought fences, but it was only parital fencing and only found out 2 days before. we could keep the dogs in but we had an autistic non-verbal child who ran away twice. 2 things would have helped, better fencing and the back door sometimes we could lock and sometimes it wouldnt. If you pulled hard it unlocked and the wood was coming away from lock. found undies and socks from previous people on floor upstairs ants in main bedroom dripping tap in laundry, annoying upstairs balcony front, was going to BBQ but one wire was broken away from wood, so big gap between wires fence kids and dogs could go under, big gap nice house but not for the money I paid, a lot of maintenance needs to be done no airconditioning for the price BBq would be better downstairs and some chairs down there would be great
