Host suggested me to cancel on check-in day
1.0− Planned to stay at the property with my mum. First host that I cannot use the BBQ despite it is listed as included. Then I was asking a couple of questions about the stay then host said “ its better you cancel the booking” on the check-in date. Unreliable host. Host can have many reasons for the cancellation request but the fact is I was left scrambled to look for a new accommodation in a remote area with not much choices for the same night.

10.0Everything! Beautiful apartment with attention to detail, amazing view and a wonderful hostess. We arrived completely exhausted from our hike, and Rosie even organised food and drinks for us! Thank you

Great location, well appointed apartment
8.0The apartment on the upper floor is well appointed and supplied with the majority of what anyone might need. Rosie was welcoming and friendly.
− My feedback is that with self catering, some instructions as to how to use the equipment (cooker, microwave etc) takes the stress out of things and no one wants to have to keep asking. Most frustrating was the tv. It wasn't simply turn it on and look at the guide. To access the basic 5 channels, you had to go through the app and press 'live'. I could watch iplayer but not the BBC News at 10. I tried o rescan the channels but nothing worked. Pouring with rain on the first day, I really wanted to flop in front of the tv. I couldn't sit out on the deck and had been out all day. The situation was made worse by the poor wi fi, 2 bars at best. This in turn caused buffering when I finally found something to watch. Gave up. Whilst The Wee Neuk is a lovely space, location and with modern features, these aspects have let it down.
