10.0Esperienza eccellente. Staff preparatissimo ed impeccabile. Ulteriore nota di merito: voto 10 nel problem solving. La nostra suite era perfetta, esattamente come nelle immagini mostrate per la prenotazione. Altra nota di merito: materasso e cuscini comodissimi. Posizione della struttura ottima.

10.0Everything, amazing hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful room and nice views. Very helpful and friendly staff.

7.0The location is very good, the private pier is an added plus, the staff was very warm and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate and gave excellent recommendations, the only thing is that the rooms need to be updated a bit, the AC was not working very well, and it did not feel luxury, although it is part of the small luxury hotels of the world...
