10.0This was a last minute booking. And offered a great place to rest, a really comfortable bed, and well placed for the town centre and exploring the local area. The accommodation was spacious, clean and quirky. With a downstairs kitchen and bathroom, with the bedroom and lounge up some stairs on the first floor. There was also free on street parking a short walk round the corner. Fiona and David were very hospitable, and great hosts. There was fresh strawberries, orange juice, milk, croissants, yoghurt and breakfast cereals in the kitchen, as well as coffee, tea and chilled water in the fridge. I slept really well. And enjoyed my stay. I would book again if in the area.
− Nothing really. It was perfect for my needs. I had a little trouble finding it initially, but Fiona and David were very responsive and on hand to give me directions.

9.0Very quirky location. I loved it. Lots of stairs - no problem for me. Really interesting space, and just what I needed for a night in Penzance near the station.

− - not clean enough 4 our needs - chairs in the kitchen are useless - whole appartement needs some care

− Unsafe carpets on staircase.. top of staircase bare floorboards. Courtyard very disappointing..very shabby
