9.02度目の利用です。 オーナーがとても親切で、チェックイン前やチェックアウト後にも荷物を置かせてくれました。 その他に必要なものもメッセージで送るとすぐに届けてくれました。 部屋の作りもシンプルで使いやすく、生活用品が全て揃っています。
− 家族4人で宿泊したのですが、前回同様、1人にスポーツタオルが1枚ずつしかありませんでした。 わかっていたことなので、薄めのバスタオルは持参していたのですが、チェックアウトの時に、外でオーナーが待っていて下さって、「何か不便な事はありましたか？」と聞いてくださったので、「タオルがもう少しあったほうがよかった」と言うと、前はバスタオルもあったが、使う人が少なく取り除いてしまったとのこと。言えば持ってきてくれるそうなので、自分の生活スタイルで足りないものがあったら、とりあえず相談してみるといいと思います。

10.0去西武球場很方便，離新所澤車站也很近
満足に滞在させてもらいました。
10.0今回、２週間ちょっとお世話になりましたが部屋には必要な物が全部揃っており、補充が必要ないほど予備があり助かりました。本当に駅から近く所沢などに出るのに便利でした。毎朝ウォーキングをしましたが航空公園まで緑の多い道を楽しみました。管理人の方が本当に親切でありがたかったです。機会があればまた利用したいです。

9.0新所沢駅から数分の場所にあり、コンビニや飲食店も結構あって便利。 室内の手入れが行き届いていて、清潔感があった。 ドラム式洗濯機や掃除機など、普通に生活できるくらい設備が整っていた。
− 暗証番号をもらうまでの、やり取り（本人確認書類のメール送信など）がとても不安だった。 エアコンの電池が切れかけていた。 照明のスイッチの操作が分かりにくかった。 別途、清掃代がかかるので、１人で２泊だと少し割高感がある。
