1.0The hotel went out of its way to accommodate me and confirmed my reservation late on a public holiday (I had to urgently find a replacement due to another hotel canceling my reservation). The receptionist was polite and helped with my luggage and late check-in. I am grateful to the receptionist.
− I didn't want to write a negative review because I was grateful that a hotel employee helped me with a late check-in. But today I saw a review on Booking.com with a 10 rating in my name, which I didn't write. I consider this an outright scam and a lie (I don't know how the review appeared). The hotel is centrally located, but in a less-than-ideal area. I wouldn't recommend the area; it's scary to walk around in the evening. The hotel photos are completely inaccurate. It's in poor condition, with old renovations, and feels like it's been abandoned for a long time and operates semi-legally. It's very dirty. I believe the rating is inflated due to fraudulent reviews (as happened with mine). I just went to the reviews section of Booking.com and edited the review I didn't write, changing it from 10 to 1. I'll contact Booking.com support. Choose a different hotel.
