10.0Nice apartment furnished well and fairly quiet
− Assistance was difficult to find when needed and came with a lot of shrugs and don't know , we can't help, when the required assistance was nothing out of the ordinary! Luckily residents in the apartment block were very helpful, but took a whole evening away to sort out our issue.

− A comunicação foi difícil e pouco clara em relação ao check-in/ localização/ entrega de chaves/ estacionamento. Apesar de termos pedido check-in antecipado, pelo que explicaram, nem seria possível dado o horário de limpeza. Contudo, a limpeza não foi feita, para além da troca de lençóis e toalhas. A máquina da loiça e torradeira não funcionaram O forno esteve a deitar fumo por aparentemente ter um plástico a derreter, gordura acumulada (enviada foto, mas sem qualquer resposta). Falta de sacos de lixo e papel higiénico para repor (enviei mensagem a pedir mas não obtive qualquer resposta também).
I really enjoyed my time here, the people where really helpful . definitely want to come back.
