10.0The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit e.g. Bamburgh, Holy Island, Seahorses for the trip to Farne Islands. An easy walk into Belford for drinks and food.The wildlife around the lodge was lovely especially the variety of birds.

10.0The location is beautiful. So serene and peaceful. Felt at home as soon as I walked in. The layout is perfect. Kitchen is lovely to work in. Watching the ducks and swan on the lake was very relaxing.

10.0We were booked for 4 nights for our 25th anniversary. We were enjoying ourselves so much when I noticed it was available for another three nights so I booked it immediately. This is our second year at the boathouse. We love it so does Maple our dog.
− Last time we stayed there was a vacuum cleaner which was really handy to do a quick clean up before we leave. Not sure if it’s broken? It is useful but not a huge problem 😊
