7.0The staff is really attentive and friendly. They helped with many things. I went in the low season and got the house for myself. I think this is an amazing place for families or groups of people traveling together and with rented cars. It takes like 30 min to Stone Town, meaning that you are in a chill area

9.0From the moment we arrived at the apartment, we knew we were in for a memorable stay. The apartment boasted stunning views, adding to the charm of our time in this historic city. The host was not only accommodating and attentive throughout our stay, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we mentioned our late-night flight, he graciously offered to store our bags after checkout, easing our travel worries. The dedication of the guard stationed at the apartment cannot go unnoticed. Knowing that someone was looking out for our safety waiting for us after our late-night outings added an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
− There is a wastes dump area on the way to the apartment so there's a bad smell on the road when they haven't collected the wastes.

10.0Easy to find, close to main road, parking spots inside the property. Amazing friendly staff who was helpful on all my requests. Tidy and clean common areas, well organised kitchen with microwave and fridge. Hospital 24 hours on the main road , few minutes walling. Definitely recommend.
