8.0The apartment is huge and far more space that what we needed which was wonderful. Great view out of the windows. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were more than fine. We only stayed for 2 nights but this would have been wonderful, particularly if you were staying for longer and needed to do laundry or more space.
− The communication was a little lacking. I had requested an early check-in multiple times and no one got back to me on the app. On the day of arrival, I was still asking for directions and how to find the apartment. Venice is not an easy city to navigate with all the back alleys, and directions were not very forthcoming. It would have been helpful if they had advised which ferry stop to get off at and where to find the apartment. Also, the showers were not great. Very weak water pressure.
Generally it was ok. Good location. Stairs were more than expected

− Directions given initially were poor. Had to ask mgmt for additional directions. Furniture (couch and chairs) was in not the best condition. Should be replaced We understood we would need to carry luggage up stairs but not 5 flights. It would be difficult for seniors or anyone with a disability to climb .
Lage hat überzeugt; zum Schlafen war’s ok. Bei schlechtem Wetter wären wir jedoch im Appartment unglücklich gewesen.
6.0Die Lage war toll!
− Die Fotos versprechen mehr Wohnlichkeit, als tatsächlich vorhanden; Brauseschlauch der Dusche war gerissen. Man sollte jedenfalls einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen! Im Appartement besser mit Hausschuhen als bloßfüßig herumgehen. Beim Einzug starker Geruch nach Putzmittel.

9.0It was so quiet at night - I didn't need earplugs like a lot of places in Venice. Spacious apartment, wifi was ok and air con in the bedrooms worked well.
− Could have had more utensils in the kitchen but had all the basics.
