− A distância do estacionamento em relação à cabana, torna um pouco complicado o deslocamento com bagagens. Poderia ser pensado um local para carga/descarga que ficasse mais próximo, facilitando principalmente check-in e check-out.
Naturaleza y tranquilidad, con detalles a mejorar
8.0Lo que más nos gustó fue el entorno natural. Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse, disfrutar de la tranquilidad y alejarse del ruido de la ciudad. Se respira mucha paz, hay privacidad y el contacto con la naturaleza hace que la experiencia sea muy relajante.
− La experiencia fue agradable en general y el lugar es muy lindo, pero hay algunos aspectos a mejorar. Encontramos muchas moscas e insectos acumulados en la parte superior de la pirámide de vidrio. Las sábanas tenían algunas manchas y varios utensilios de cocina presentaban hongos en los cabos. Además, la sartén estaba bastante desgastada y el revestimiento antiadherente se desprendía. También sería útil contar con más perchas o ganchos para colgar toallas y repasadores, así como una escoba o algún elemento de limpieza básico para mantener el espacio ordenado durante la estadía. Con estas mejoras, la experiencia sería mucho mejor. En el local de autoservicio donde se venden insumos, sería bueno contar con una mayor variedad de productos para el desayuno, especialmente bebidas lácteas, frutas o incluso ensaladas de frutas envasadas. Durante nuestra estadía tuvimos que salir del predio para comprar alimentos para desayunar, algo que podría resolverse fácilmente ampliando la oferta disponible para los huéspedes.
