10.0Great location . Close to Kirkwall, so handy for shops and airport. Pretty view. Quiet road. Clean and comfortable . Fast broadband. TV good choice of channels. Off road parking. Milk and biscuits appreciated.
− Little minimal for extras. Usually are offered shower gel, hair shampoo etc in small amounts. No shaver socket in bathroom. Had to improve!

10.0The place is super comfortable and clean. The rooms are light and big. Perfect for two couples. The cottage has everything you need and more. Thank you for the local goodies hamper.

Lovely modernised comfy and cosy cottage in reach of everywhere.
9.0Lovely modernised cottage with comfortable rooms, great location for reaching Kirkwall and other areas of the mainland. Easy to access, great little garden for sitting out in, walkable distance from the beach and Scapa distillery.
− Just needed a few additional basics, e.g., washing up brush, cloth, mop, hoover that works better so that we could keep it as clean and tidy as we would like. Dishwasher is struggling a bit to fully clean the dishes.

− We would have liked some local information to read and some appliance instructions. I couldn’t find a hairdryer.
