− No electricity for 2 days. Air conditioning in the 2nd room wasn’t functioning well. Too much mosquitoes, ants on the floor . Toilet cover upstairs is broken. Pillows smell.

1.0I never stayed there because email did not come until the day after arrival and it's very far from anywhere I emailed a few times but never got reply the email saying they was a problem with motor bike and not be available then they said that they could not guarantee piece because they plan to do work around the property so decided that to far they not send emails to collect keys so we not stay there

10.0Cleanliness. Host was communicative and flexible with our request. The pool access was great for us. The location is a bit of a distance from the centre but there is a motorbike included with the price. Overall, we've had a great time during our stay here. I would book this again and highly recommend. 😀

1.0Nothing as advertised - Deceptive advertising Makes me question due diligence on all bookings, Yes? I like Dumaguete and I'm still here for a month now
− Numerous reasons that I didn't even use this property!! 1) Facilities: not as advertised: No pool (closed), No security 2) Economic Housing Project (unfinished) (Didn't know about this until after I paid) 3) Motorbike included?🚩Bike Rental in Dumaguete P300-600 @ day (I reside here, now! 4) Pictorials are not at this property, Casa Mira Coast owns many properties on the coast - Not this one! 5) Because of deceptions - I ate my booking $$$ and fibbed about being ill! Spent these days on Cebu and booked Kingswick Residence, in Dumaguete which answered all my needs and exactly as advertised. I would not recommend Casa Mira Coast Properties to anyone Big red 🚩 Buyer Beware!!!!
