A localização é ótima, a casa é bem agradável, bastante arejada e muito limpa. A chácara e bem cuidada e tem muito verde, tem uma pequena horta e um pomar.

− As luzes de dentro da casa clareiam pouco, isso é um ponto que precisa ser melhorado.
