Ambiente in legno tipico montano, buoni i materassi. Carino lo spazio esterno davanti al soggiorno.

− Fornelli della cucina non funzionanti. Mancanza dell’accendigas. Bidone pattumiera, taglieri, zuppiere, sapone/bagnoschiuma e strofinacci per la cucina mancanti. In dotazione solo in telo spugna per ospite. In tutti i locali lampadine bruciate. Presenza di 5 orologi a parete nessuno funzionante. La pulizia non è accurata (tappeto della camera sporco, ritrovato nel letto indumento di un precedente ospite, cassetti e lampadari impolverati)
