10.0The location was just nice. About 45 mins to zion national park which was why we were there. It would have cost more at springdale, albeit closer. You have to allocate ample travelling time if you plan to hike early though
− It was april and the nights were cold. Having to eat outside where the dining table is placed is fun but could be challenging if you have kids

6.0The floors and countertops were dirty. The bbq grill eas filty. The floor lack of insulation making the lower room uncomfortable. The tiny houses are too close to one another, there is plenty of space around.... Intermittent hot water in the shower. I do not recommend to families or couples.

7.0It was cute and clean. The staff I was communicating with texting was helpful.
− Directions on some things could have been provided, as well as they should have supplied more trash bags and have them a better quality as well, more coffee filters and they should have had recycling bins.
