Location and plenty of space

− Damp smell in corridor/stairwell

A lovely apartment and a great location

The apartment was beautiful views sound of the water location parking

− The toilet in reception was dirty no toilet paper

We had the most amazing stay as settle and all of the surrounding areas are great.

The location was great. It was in a mill which was great.

− The bin was still full on arrival. It wasn’t as clean as we had expected. The shower and drainage of shower had to be cleaned prior to use.

Do not book this apartment .

We were given a second apartment

− Arrived at a freezing cold apartment ,no heating & thermo stat reading 9 degrees ,outside was 2 degrees. The apartment was dirty with stains on the carpets ,the extractor fan was broken & without a covering therefore showing the electrics inside which was covered in dirt & cobwebs & obviously unsafe .Inside the oven was dirty with a dirty cooking tray .The kitchen obviously hadn't been cleaned . Following 3 conversations with Guestz a maintenance worker arrived who realised how cold it was & he suggested another apartment .The second apartment met the standards expected .The first apartment did not meet health & safety standards nor the required legal temperature for holiday accommodation. It is unacceptable for the owners of the property to let their apartments when they are aware of the conditions therein the place inside .It was not fit for purpose . We are a group of nurses who travel from the north & south of England to meet up annually & this experience was very disappointing & unacceptable .We would never book in this accommodation again .
