Friendly staff, spacious room
10.0The staff was really helpfu, exceptionally friendlyl, we could check-in earlier, the rooms were clean and spacious.
Great value,fantastic location.Very safe for solo travellers.
10.0Easy to access but very safe and secure. Great location near to everything for visiting on foot,also very quiet at night. Extremely clean,spacious room with all facilities. Great shower and a/c.Unexpected fridge a real bonus.

6.0Was very close to tube station. Bed was very comfortable
− Bathroom was extremely small so taking a shower was quite difficult. No plugs by bedside. Very thin curtains so light all through evening. AC was broken so staff arranged engineer to fix, however ignored that we said we werent comfortable with someone coming in to the room while we were gone.

7.0La posizione della camera rispetto alla stazione di Liverpool street. Anche se il quartiere non è certamente elegante, a Londra non mi sento mai in pericolo
− L'assenza di personale alla reception. Le indicazioni erano chiarissime per chi conosce l'inglese ma una presenza fisica sarebbe rassicurante
