− We spent 14 days in this hotel. Every day same repeated breakfast menu. Internet- WiFi was very very poor. Front desk is not friendly except one person. Hotel room was very small.

− Extremely disappointing breakfast and hidden charges—be very careful! The breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced. The menu was identical every day, offering only an omelet, sweet potato, and vegetables with no other options. We booked a triple twin room for two adults and two children. Before arriving in Sharm, we asked about the extra bed and breakfast fees and were quoted $12 ($5 + $7). However, upon arrival, they forced us to pay $25 per day—an extra $65 total. When I showed them the messages from Booking.com, they refused to issue a refund, claiming they would only credit it toward a future 4-night stay. Even with that credit, I was still overcharged by $17. Management treated our concerns very dismissively. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this hotel.
