Cristina was a great host and was so helpful. Good location, quite but a short walk to the busy areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

− No deck chairs at the pool but not a deal breaker

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, metres from the strip and with a large Hippo Dino supermarket within the footprint of the complex. Large pool , which , while a little dated was immaculately maintained. Complex is immaculately opposite the Arona Gran hotel, which is a pick up point for tour buses.

− Séjour catastrophique en raison de travaux majeurs non signalés lors de la réservation. Les parties communes étaient en pleins travaux, et l'appart en lui-même manquait d'entretien : - marteau piqueur de 9h à 18h, - accès difficile à l'appartement en raison des gravats, - coupure d'eau pendant 2 jours, - ascenseur bloqué, - piscine non conforme à la photo (vieillissante), - douche bouchée ( il fallait attendre que l'eau s'écoule pour continuer à prendre sa douche), - chasse d'eau qui se remplissait très très lentement (30 à 40 min), - WC pas fixés au sol - Stores défectueux ATTENTION la veille vous recevrez un message vous indiquant qu'il faut donner une caution en espèces au moment de la remise des clés.

De locatie was heel goed.Het appartement was proper,er waren zeker voldoende handdoeken en ook reserve bedlinnen. De bedden waren goed en er was genoeg ruimte.Voor de kinderen was er een beetje speelgoed voor op het strand. Op straat hebben we altijd parking gevonden voor de huurauto te parkeren.

− Het water van het zwembad is te koud.Zwembad is wat afgeleefd en zou een renovatie moeten krijgen.Enkele ligstoelen zouden ook fijn geweest zijn. Verder waren er weinig glazen en tassen in de keuken,alsook een broodrooster heb ik wel gemist.

Wonderful apartments - spacious, clean, and tidy. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

− The shower is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.

Great apartment and an amazing host

Lovely, spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. The pool is excellent and was never crowded. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby and a good selection of local eating/ drinking places. There is a promenade a few minutes walk away and the beaches are within easy reach, as is the main resort hustle and bustle. Christine is a great host, very friendly & helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend and we will not hesitate to return.
