Perfekte Lage nahe der Kirche und der sehr netten kleinen Flaniermeile mit vielen Cafés. Man frühstückt dort (4 Minuten vom Quartier) am Platz vor der Kirche unglaublich gemütlich Café und Croissant. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile. Der Gastgeber ist ein äußerst liebenswürdiger Herr, der den Gästen mit Tipps hilft. Parken kann man auch gratis nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt außerhalb der Kurzparkzonen. Kleine Markthalle in der Nähe.
