5.0La posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia libera che ha unica dotazione una doccia comunale.
− Al momento della prenotazione NON È CHIARO che esistono varie tipologie di alloggio per cui la dizione casa vacanze è fuorviante perché ha noi, alla fine, è toccata la camera doppia. Si trova in una dependance ex deposito e, come si vede dalle foto, non c’è una sedia, le grucce nell”armadio”, la carta igienica, le tovaglie del bidet. Tutte cose che abbiamo dovuto chiedere per averle. Anche la pw del wi-fi. Non c’è abat-jour sui comodini. La macchinetta del caffè è fuori la stanza. È molto difficile parcheggiare nei dintorni perché la spiaggia è molto frequentata e la struttura è in una stradina molto stretta. Se la qualità si vede dai dettagli, qui di qualità ce n’è ben poca. DA NON TORNARCI
Ottimo appartamento
8.0Ottimo appartamento gestito da ragazzi simpatici, a modo e molto disponibili. Arrivati in struttura siamo stati subito accolti, giunti in stanza ci siamo resi conto che c'era un "problema" logistico che prontamente ci è stato risolto. L'appartamento essenziale con camera matrimoniale e letto a castello richiudibile in cucina, disponeva di tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare più giorni. Ottimo lo spazio esterno ben curato e dotato varie sdraio e sedute.
− La struttura non offre parcheggio (lo trovo giusto così da preservare la piccola oasi di tranquillità che offre), quindi bisognerà cercarlo nella strada adiacente (in cui però non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovarlo) e fare poi 50/100 metri a piedi.
Comfort e relax: come sentirsi a casa
10.0Ottima base per Milazzo: centralissimo, tranquillo e con ogni comfort. Ho soggiornato solo una notte e mi sono trovata benissimo. La posizione è il vero punto forte, a pochi passi sia dal mare che dal centro, puoi muoverti a piedi senza stress. Nonostante sia centralissimo, l’appartamento è tranquillo e si riposa senza problemi. Dotato di tutto il necessario, compresa la comodità di avere una cucina. Pulito e curato nei dettagli. Area relax esterna: un valore aggiunto. Host disponibile per ogni esigenza, preciso e gentile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. Possibilità di noleggiare una bici direttamente in struttura per girare comodamente. Ci tornerei volentieri, per più notti magari.
