− Solo dan una llave y al ser un recinto privado, se necesita llave para salir del complejo, para acceder a la piscina. Faltan utensilios de cocina y del armario que hay en la habitación solo se puede utilizar la mitad, la otra esta cerrada.

− El trato del personal (tardaban en responder a los mensajes, nos ofrecieron un regalo de bienvenida, se olvidaron de ponerlo y no tuvieron el detalle de traerlo los días siguientes y, lo más importante, encontramos algunas cucarachas pequeñas, lo que sería necesario que fumigaran)
