10.0L'appartamento è pulitissimo ,molto comodo e accogliente anche se piccolino, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili.La posizione dell' appartamento è eccellente . C'è una vasta possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto senza problemi,anche se in parcheggio pubblico.
− Purtroppo la puzza di fognatura che ogni tanto fuoriesce dal bagno ,ma purtroppo credo sia un problema della fogna di zona ,che nella settimana di ferragosto è intasata.

8.0Our family stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect for us. Just few minutes from diamante, or Praia a mare. The house is a good size for a family of 4. It is not so big but everything is there. We had a comfortable stay. We loved having dinner at the terrace. Towels and sheets were clean. Kitchen is good, maybe they can add a little more utensils like chopping board and pot holders...but over all, we had a great stay. The hosts is very nice and kind. We would love to come back...

10.0L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato. Ammobiliato con cura, è davvero carino. Ha assolutamente tutto quello che può servire: dal forno alla lavatrice, phon,ferro da stiro. Ci è stato fatto trovare pulitissimo. La biancheria profumava di pulito. L'appartamento ha molte finestre ed è molto fresco anche quando fuori fanno 35 gradi. Abbiamo usato spesso, con grande soddisfazione la terrazza. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e pieno di bambini. Di notte c'era un silenzio assoluto. Il paese è piuttosto piccolo, ma ha una bella spiaggia.. in 25 minuti da lì si raggiungono molte altre spiagge meravigliose di Calabria e Basilicata.
