10.0The staff were so friendly and helpful, we were greeted with a smile and a "hello" every time we passed through reception. They gave us recommendations of how to deal with the crazy heat (it was 45°+ when we were there!), they recommended coffee places and even offered to stream the world cup game for us if we couldn't find a bar in town! The hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the old town.
