6.0Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Hilfsbereit in jeder Angelegenheit und sehr warmherzig.
− Das Haus bzw die nutzbare Wohneinheit ist ein Teil von dem gesamten Haus und ist Teil der Wohnung vom Eigentümer. Die besagte Wohneinheit ist also keine Villa oder ähnliches sondern einfach nur ein kleines Apartment mit etwa 40m2 Wohnfläche. Obendrein alles sehr veraltet. Zimmer relativ sauber aber Badezimmer noch Haare im Abfluss. Abfluss selbst noch verstopft. Alles sehr alt und wirkte sehr unhygienisch. Großer Riss in der Wand vom Schlafzimmer. Ohne Ende Moskitos, die uns zerfleischt haben. Klimaanlage hatten wir nicht einschalten können da wir weder Fernbedienung noch einen Thermostat finden konnten. Küche sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und wie gesagt alles alt und rustikal. Beim swimming pool ist es nicht anders. Obendrein keine Sicherung am Rand oder ähnliches also kleine Kinder besser nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber 5 Sterne für Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Unterkunft leider keine Sterne und wenn überhaupt evtl 1 Stern für ordentliche betten bzw Matratzen. Das war es dann auch schon leider. Location in Google Maps ist nicht ganz richtig und leider sind die Straßen dort hin auch leider ein komplettes Desaster. Also für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man es evtl Mal machen, aber da die Größe nicht mal ansatzweise dem entspricht was bei booking (190m2 Villa) angegeben wurde, ist dieses Objekt weder von Größe noch von Ausstattung oder Qualität her vom Preis her gerechtfertigt. Die Hotels am Strand sind von Größe vergleichbar und Preislich weitaus günstiger und besser zu erreichen und obendrein auch weitaus bessere Ausstattung und Zustand denke ich.
