Fantastisk leilighet, beliggende mitt i Montrose, få hundre meter fra byens hovedgate og torg.

The Church Front er en leilighet med et soverom og en hems - begge med to soveplasser. Hemsen ligger høyt under taket og har adgang til eget bad likesom soverommet. Mellom hems og første etasje er det et repos med sofa og lenestoler og stort TV. Det er dessuten TV i begge soverom og på første etasje, hvor det også er et velassortert kjøkken og spiseplasser. På grunn av takhøyden føltes inneluften alltid frisk - også i den ekstreme sommervarmen.
− Hvis hemsen hadde vært adskilt som eget rom hadde det vært helt prima. Som det er er hemsen en del av det store tre etasjers fellesrom, og man vil derfor ville bli forstyrret av andre aktiviteter i rommet dersom man ønsket å trekke seg tilbake.

Lovely property, but privacy definitely needs addressing.

It's a beautiful property and very well designed. The downstairs bedroom is great.
− Total lack of privacy in the upstairs bedroom. The windows are very large and very transparent and there are no curtains or options to cover the window. The windows look out directly onto a busy street and many houses, and I walked the route to see how visible the bed is. It's very visible! That makes the upstairs bedroom unusable. Disappointed this hasn't been addressed despite older reviews also mentioning this.
