Przestrzeń w środku i na zewnątrz, ilość pokoi i łazienek, czystość, wyposażenie, klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Wspaniały basen czyszczony 3x w tygodniu. Zadaszony duży taras (codziennie śniadanie na zewnątrz).
