10.0Everything was fantastic at this hotel, the location was lovely, right beside the park, shops and restaurants close by, and public transport if the walk to the city centre was too much. Breakfast was nice. We had a twin room, wasnt huge but as we were only sleeping in it we couldnt fault it, the beds were so comfortable. The staff could not have done enough for us, Jasmine the receptionist/breakfast host was just amazing she was so helpful in every way! We had an issue with the TV and the man at the reception helped get it fixed straight away. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to staying here again! 😊
