Good property, but lacking guest-oriented service

The house is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the island, making it very easy to reach the most beautiful beaches both in the north and the south. There is also a lovely beach nearby, perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights is the beautiful view overlooking the golf courses, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with a nice garden that adds to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a relaxing stay and for exploring the island.

− What we did not like was that we were given the wrong code for the key box and we had difficulty reaching the hosts. We had to call them three times before getting a response, which was quite inconvenient on arrival. In general, we felt that even small, easy-to-solve requests were not handled in a very guest-oriented way. Our impression was that the answer to almost everything was “no,” even for very minor and inexpensive things. For example, we asked for a few extra utensils and a pot with a lid so we could cook pasta, but both requests were declined. These are very small costs (such as €9–€12 items from IKEA), yet instead of finding simple solutions to improve the guest experience, the response was that no one had ever asked for this before. In the end, we even bought a pot ourselves and left it there, since it would have been such a small investment to make future guests more comfortable. We also felt that the accommodation could be better equipped with towels. Only five bath towels were provided, which is quite limited if guests want to wash and reuse them during their stay. Overall, the place itself is nice, but the hosts are not very responsive or solution-oriented, and do not seem particularly focused on guest comfort or hospitality.

Second time we’ve stayed and enjoyed our stay. The property is showing signs of use and could do with a refresh internally, needs new sofa as looking tired now, marks on walls need repainting, just general wear and tear items that need attention to bring it back up to a top standard.
