O locație excepțională din toate punctele de vedere! Totul a fost impecabil, începând cu curățenia, care a fost la cel mai înalt nivel. Camera și toate spațiile comune au fost perfect întreținute, foarte curate și primitoare. Personalul merită toate laudele – oameni deosebit de amabili, respectuoși și atenți la nevoile oaspeților. Ne-au făcut să ne simțim bineveniți pe tot parcursul șederii și au fost mereu disponibili pentru orice aveam nevoie. Cazarea este amenajată cu mult bun gust, oferă un nivel ridicat de confort, iar atmosfera este una relaxantă și plăcută. Priveliștea către lac completează perfect experiența și oferă un plus de farmec acestui loc minunat. Se vede atenția acordată fiecărui detaliu, iar calitatea serviciilor depășește cu mult așteptările. Este una dintre cele mai frumoase experiențe de cazare pe care le-am avut și cu siguranță vom reveni. 10/10 fără niciun reproș! Felicitări întregii echipe pentru profesionalism, ospitalitate și condițiile excelente oferite!
