1.0بہت مایوس کن تجربہ تھا۔ جب ہم ہوٹل پہنچے تو ایئر کنڈیشنر صرف تقریباً 30 منٹ تک چلا اور پھر بند ہو گیا۔ میں نے عملے کو اطلاع دی، لیکن انہوں نے کہا کہ بجلی نہیں ہے۔ پوری رات ایئر کنڈیشننگ نہیں تھی، جس کی وجہ سے آرام سے سونا ناممکن ہو گیا۔
− اس کے علاوہ، عملے کی طرف سے مسئلے کو سنجیدگی سے نہ لینا بھی بہت ناگوار لگا۔ ایک مہمان کے طور پر کم از کم یہ توقع ہوتی ہے کہ ایسی صورتِ حال میں کوئی متبادل انتظام، معذرت، یا فوری مدد فراہم کی جائے، مگر یہاں ایسا کچھ نہیں ہوا۔ یہ واضح طور پر ناقص انتظام اور کمزور سروس کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے۔

1.0− Really disappointed ,The experience was very very bad as the air-conditioning was not working at all, later the light was gone the entire night and we had to stay awake the entire night, staff didn't know what to do they kept on lying the entire time This was the worst stay of my life at a hotel this expensive.
