We loved the brightness of the flat. It was very quiet at night and the shutters made it very dark, and with comfortable beds it was perfect. The bedrooms were both a good size. We used the coffee machine and the kettle but no other kitchen items. There is a microwave but we didn't use it or the toaster. A kettle wasn't shown in the kitchen equipment and so we were very pleased to find it. For British guests it's good to show you have a kettle in the apartment. The shower in the bathroom was very good and simple to use. It was great to have access from both bedrooms on to the outside terrace. It would be good to have photos showing It on booking.com. although it looks out to a car park, there is a nice table and chairs to enjoy fresh air and sunshine and perhaps meals in the summer. Once we had the WIFi set up it was not a problem to access the apartment. But we did find it was more difficult with a phone in a case, and you have to hold the phone parallel to the lock and turn the handle left quickly. We asked for help from the agent and got it immediately. Once mastered we had no problems. It was very nice to have a bottle of wine and some water in the flat on our arrival. The flat was in a well lit area and very walkable from the station (10mins) and 20-30 mins to the Tower. The whole city is very flat so easy walking. There are cafes and small supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk . The main shopping street Corso Italia is less than 5 mins walk and you can reach the river in a similar time. Having the outside space and dining table you could easily get takeaway food or meals delivered to eat at the flat. We had a lovely four nights here in the beginning of October and we had warm sunny weather. It was a nice touch that they had an umbrella you could borrow if necessary in the flat. Definitely recommend staying in this apartment and enjoy exploring inthe San Martino area of the city.

− It would have been useful to have a map in the flat, but we did get one from the tourist office near the Tower. Some places give recommendations for restaurants etc, but there was nothing. However most people probably find places on their phones nowadays. We moved one of the bedside tables to the lounge to use as a coffee table, so we could use it for our drinks as we sat on the sofa. A coffee table and coasters would have been useful, but not essential. There were signs of damp in some rooms, but we were very comfortable.

A modern, spacious apartment in a great location!

The apartment was great, it was a perfect location to explore Pisa. The host, Rebecca, was very quick to respond to any questions we had and even allowed us to check in early as we arrived earlier than anticipated. She was great and really helpful. The building was in a great location and was a gorgeous building. The apartment itself was really well looked after, it was spacious, modern and spotless clean. The beds were comfortable, the seating area was open and airy and the outside seating area was an added bonus - overall we loved it!

− The only slight on the apartment was the shower in the bathroom. The water pressure wasn't great, and it wasn't as clean as the rest of the apartment. However, it was not a major problem, it's the only reason I didn't give a 10. Would still recommend.

Location - easy walk from station and close to centre. V clean. Good facilities. Great air con. Excellent host Rebecca .. good communication.

Clean and welcoming - wine, water and toiletries were a lovely touch.

− There wasn't anything I didn't like - though some USB C ports, especially in the bedrooms would have been very handy for charging all our phones.

Beautiful roomy modern apartment,, keyless access, .Comfortable couches and beds,,lots of kitchen utensils . Very near train station and walking distance to centre of Pisa. Our hostess Rebecca easy to contact and most helpful ,we were able to drop luggage off and able to check in early. Bottle of wine a lovely bonus! Would recommend apartment as a great place to stay..

− Nothing to dislike..
