A great place to stay with family or friends
10.0The house was spacious with lots of home comforts. Roy and Sue had made it beautifully festive for our stay and we enjoyed playing silly games, watching films and cooking up great festive feasts in the well appointed kitchen. The neighbours cats were also a treat to make a fuss of. On clear nights the stars were amazing!
Lovely location and premises, BUT..........
8.0The views over to Larne and northwards to the North Channel were outstanding.
− After the first 100 metres, the lane from the main road to the property was extremely potholed, which would be a great risk for small cars. A cat sanctuary is located next door, with thirty-five (35) cats free to roam. During our stay we couldn't leave any doors or windows open because the cats would enter the house. We experienced some warm days and would have preferred to open doors and windows on the ground floor. This impacted our stay to the point we wouldn't return, regardless of this lovely property.
