7.0Άνετο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με ευγενικούς και πρόθυμους ιδιοκτήτες.
− Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα ήταν ανεπαρκής και τα έπιπλα (ντουλάπα , ντουλάπια) είχαν μία πολύ δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά μούχλας. Το νερό κοβόταν διαρκώς και στο μπάνιο και στην κουζίνα. Τέλος η απουσία air condition δυσκόλευε την καθημερινότητά, λόγω υγρασίας.

6.0The property is in a very central location in the Folegandros Chora. The Chora is in the centre of the Island with all main attractions no further than a 10 minute drive. The home is a very sweet, traditional village home that has been refurbished to a good standard. The home is very spacious and the property managers are lovely.
− The property doesn’t have air conditioning which in the summer months in Greece is really not acceptable. The evenings in Folegandros can be cool but the windows cannot be left open as the property backs the cocktail bars so it’s too loud until about 2am/3am. The fans are all very loud and broken so also not a good solution. The property doesn’t have adequate lighting (it’s VERY dark) and there is no shower door so showers can be quite messy.
