10.0Great location, within walking distance of the train station, the Old Town, and the harbor. Flexible check-in and excellent communication with the host. The views from the windows were beautiful.
− An air conditioner would be very helpful on hot days. Fortunately, the fans provided some relief.

10.0Molto accogliente, ben organizzata e provvista di tutto il necessario. Gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolto. Sembra più una casa da viverci che turistica. Siamo venuti in treno e la struttura è a soli 150 mt. dalla stazione. In pochi passi eravamo sul lungolago e all’attracco dei battelli. Fra treno e battello è possibile visitare tutte le località del lago. Vicini ci sono: supermercato, panificio e ristoranti. Complimenti.
− Non abbiamo rilevato cose negative, forse il fatto che ci sono un po’ di scale, ma questo serve per tenerci in forma.

8.0Large, quiet apartment, in a location a short walk from the Luino train station. An excellent, surprisingly large shower. The kitchen was well furnished. A large table in the living room area was very useful for a quick meal or a quick look at the day's tasks, email, etc. The bed was comfortable.
− The apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator: I had a heavy bag, and I had to work hard to drag it all the way up. The apartment, though adequate, felt a bit old. Some small details were slightly off (for example, the handle in the kitchen's faucet was in disrepair). Not a big deal, but enough to be noticed.

9.0We hebben genoten van dit mooie, ruime appartement. De voorzieningen waren prima, de afwerking was netjes en de ligging in het centrum is ideaal.
− In vergelijking met de mooie en ruime hoofdverdieping vormt de zolderverdieping, waar nog twee bedden staan, wel een duidelijk contrast. Het plafond is er erg laag, waardoor volwassenen slechts beperkt rechtop kunnen staan en de ruimte minder comfortabel aanvoelt. Daarnaast is de afwerking eenvoudiger dan in de rest van het appartement. Ook is de trap naar de zolder erg smal en steil, wat deze minder geschikt maakt voor kleine kinderen.
