10.0La atención del personal excelente, la cama muy cómoda y confortable ideal para descansar y recuperar energías después de un día lleno de aventuras en Baños.
− El desayuno es bueno pero muy básico, y todos los días lo mismo si te quedas más de dos días, seguro te aburrirás de lo mismo.

9.0Baños es bonito y tiene muchas actividades. Nosotros las hicimos todas a través del hotel. Son todos muy majos y en todo momento están pendientes de los clientes. El jacuzzi no pudimos usarlo porque mi marido estaba resfriado y no le apetecía, una pena 😔
− Que me dijese uno de los chicos de recepción que podía ir con zapatillas deportivas a la excursión de un día a la selva cuando le dije que tenía botas de trequing que no dejan pasar el agua. Le hice caso y fui todo el día con los pies mojados y lo peor eran las piedras, ramas y hojas que te hacen escurrirte. Si vuelvo no haré caso a nadie y me pondré mis botas jajaja jajaja
