10.0This is a new residential complex with 4 restaurants in the inner courtyard. There is also a swimming pool and a sunbathing space at the 7th floor available to all residents. They don't advertise it as it is not always open, but we were lucky and had a chance to cool down in the pool. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is very convenient. Overall we were positively surprised with the apartment. The Metro station with crossing to Cercanías (Inner Rail) is 3 mins walk. Highly recommended!

6.0La ubicacion es muy buena, el edificio es lindo y esta en una zona segura, cerca esta la estacion de metro y la estacion de buses lo cual facilita el transporte.
− Llegamos al alojamiento por la noche y se nos cobró una tarifa adicional de 70 euros por realizar el check-in fuera del horario establecido. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La persona encargada de recibirnos y cobrar dicha tarifa indicó que no podía hacer nada al respecto, ya que su única función era entregar las tarjetas de acceso. Es importante destacar que nuestra reserva tuvo lugar en una época de temperaturas especialmente altas en Madrid y que éramos cinco personas alojadas en el apartamento. Por lo tanto, el correcto funcionamiento del aire acondicionado era un aspecto fundamental y consideramos que debió haber sido verificado antes de nuestra llegada. La situación no se resolvió hasta el día siguiente, cuando nos proporcionaron ventiladores y un aire acondicionado portátil. Sin embargo, este equipo requería que mantuviéramos la ventana de la sala abierta para poder funcionar, por lo que la solución fue limitada y no logró reducir de manera efectiva la temperatura del apartamento. Durante las noches nos sentimos muy incómodos debido al calor y, en definitiva, el alojamiento no cumplió con las condiciones por las que habíamos pagado. Adicionalmente, la empresa administradora del alojamiento gestionaba toda la comunicación exclusivamente por teléfono o correo electrónico, lo que dificultó aún más una atención oportuna, especialmente porque no utilizan WhatsApp y al ser extrangeros no contabamos con la opcion de hacer llamadas locales. Para nuestra sorpresa, recibimos una respuesta a nuestra reclamación cuando ya habíamos regresado a nuestro país de origen, siete días después de haber finalizado nuestra estancia. Ofrecieron una compensacion pero realmente el tiempo de vacaciones es valioso y no encontrar una respuesta adecuada en el momento es frustrante, espero la compensacion sea acorde a las 5 noches reservadas. Consideramos que esta situación afectó significativamente la calidad de nuestra experiencia.

7.0Las instalaciones estaban limpias, teníamos piscina y la zona es muy agradable y tranquila, no había nada de ruido, con restaurantes al rededor y muy cerca de estaciones de metro, autobuses y cercanías. Por estas cosas repitiría.
− A pesar de todas las cosas positivas, estuvimos sin aire acondicionado durante nuestra estancia (5 días y 4 noches) en plena ola de calor y sinceramente lo que más me molestó fue que nos dijeron que lo iban a solucionar y nunca apareció nadie por el piso, 3 días escribiendo cada día y cada día nos decían que lo solucionarían, por otra parte, nos dejaron una fregona que olía verdaderamente mal, es recomendable reemplazarla de vez en cuando. Por lo demás ninguna queja, pero tened en cuenta que si os quedáis en el apartamento 132, aseguraos que el aire acondicionado funciona.
