Utilitario, céntrico. Nuevo y con buena imagen. Muy limpio. Sencillo de acceder y check-in

− Muy ruidoso. Además la empresa que gestiona no tiene ningún control con la apertura de puerta. Es una finca céntrica y tan solo con llamar al timbre de el piso abren, sin preguntar y a distancia. Nos encontramos que durante toda la noche llaman al timbre del piso donde estamos durmiendo para acceder al edificio. Así que te garantizan una noche con varios sobresaltos.

Absolutely nothing. The location is in a convenient place, but the actual entrance is incredibly sketchy. It isn't until after you pay for the booking that you are sent a video detailing how to enter the building, and I have never had such a miserable, uncomfortable experience at a stay. Ever.

− To reiterate the heading, avoid this listing at all costs. The entrance to this residence is a door plastered with stickers on it, giving the appearance of an abandoned building. It isn't until after you pay for this residence that you are sent a video explaining how to enter. In short, you have to press a buzzer (hope that the door opens), and then enter the building. Once inside, you have to unlock a box with a code to get the keys. After I arrived with my family, the code I was given did not work. The host(s) were not easily accessible, and good luck with the communication if you do not speak Spanish. Despite sharing in advance what time I would be arriving, I had to wait outside with my family before being able to enter the building. The cleaning person apologized for not cleaning the room and said she would arrive there in 45 minutes, however she never showed after one hour of waiting. I was eventually sent the right code to enter and retrieve the keys. Once inside, I immediately learned how deceiving the pictures in the post were. The pictures used to promote this place are deceptive as the property is incredibly small. It is listed as being able to accommodate up to 5 people, but in reality it fits 1, and generously speaking, possibly 2 people. Not all of the cabinets are functional, some are decoration that do not open. The rooms are not actually rooms, but walled dividers to form rooms in an open space. There are no doors and no privacy. The windows have bars on them, and there is no air conditioning. Perhaps the worst part involves the cleanliness. Literally right next to the bed where you sleep is an open box filled with filth and dust -- definitely not something you want to breathe in. Bottom line, I could not stay here with my family and immediately had to secure an alternate place to stay. The host stopped responding to any messages sent and any requests for refunds or partial refunds. DO NOT choose this residence.
