Beautiful venue, incredibly welcoming. Would stay again if in area!
8.0Lovely venue right in the countryside. Mark was incredibly welcoming and we were made to feel at home with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Drinks at the bar were a reasonable price and love they had local beers, gins and rums to try!! We had dinner there too and the food was great with loads of choice and portion sizes good. Room had tea and coffee facilities with plenty of supplies which was nice. Plenty of parking on site. Grounds were lovely as well.
− Not so much a dislike, more minor feedback - a second bin would have been good near the tea and coffee rather than either having to carry teabags to the bathroom or keep moving the bin from the bathroom and back again. In the bathroom there was no towel rail - somewhere to hang a towel would have been good.

− A few minor issues in the older room we were in could be easily fixed, eg difficult room lock, poor shower draining.

9.0Was lovely from beginning to end, called on route to check if we wanted a table for the evening allowed early access free to come and go with a lovely breakfast in the morning
Needed somewhere close but quiet to Norwich could not have made a better choice.
10.0The service from the moment we arrived was exceptional lovely welcome from Mark which continued throughout our stay. Sam (think that correct name) behind bar was also excellent making sure we had everything we needed and bringing drinks out into the beautiful garden for us. The evening meal, wonderful choice and excellent price for the great quality of meals.
