− Habitación extremadamente fría, y el baño ya no te cuento. Imposible bañarse en ese baño tan gélido. Por no hablar de lo sucio que está. El agua de la bañera filtra al piso de abajo y el dueño nos amenazó con que si no teníamos cuidado nos lo tendría que cobrar. Paredes extra finas (escuchábamos al de al lado roncar). Checkin a las 19h. Nos dejaron en la calle esperando 1h30 con -3 grados a pesar de estar ya la habitación lista para entrar. Cama incómoda. Pone en Manhattan, pero es la última parada en metro antes del Bronx, ósea que no está muy cerca de la zona turística.

Very close to train station. Cheap room.

− Room very cold, heater in room not enough. Heater in corridor and common areas not working. I could not get hot water in the bathroom, don't know what special technique was needed, but with the knob turned on hot water, pressure was extremely low and hot water did not come even after minutes of waiting. Room was dirty, stains on towels and on duvet cover. No one answers the phone number listed, when messages are sent to the property, automated replies are sent back regardless of specific questions.

Management supervises you showering time via cameras and without warning he'll shut off your water.

Honesty to god nothing of this place I liked. Horrible experience with this Cozy Townhouse.

− While my son was taking a shower, the property owner—who has surveillance cameras throughout the hallways and entry areas under the premise of security—intentionally turned off the water supply. As a result, my son was unable to finish showering and had to exit the bathroom with soap still on his body. Immediately afterward, the owner began yelling through the security camera system and repeatedly activating a loud, siren-like alarm, demanding to know why the shower was taking so long. This occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. Out of fear of being forcibly removed from the property, we chose not to respond or engage with the owner despite the inappropriate and intimidating behavior. Additionally, the property has only one bathroom, which was dirty and extremely cold. There was no heating available anywhere in the common areas, only inside the bedrooms. This experience was highly disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly disapprove of the way guests are treated at the Cozy Townhouse B&B rental and do not recommend this property.

The bathroom could have been cleaner! Other than that- I would stay there AFAIN!

− The stated check-in time for the property was 7:00 PM, and I was informed that the check-in code would be sent around that time. However, I did not receive any check-in details until approximately 9:30 PM, and only after I had to call the host to request them. The check-in information should have been provided automatically, as promised. During this time, we were left waiting outside the property with no access, which caused significant inconvenience, discomfort, and stress. When we were finally able to access the accommodation, the condition of the room was extremely unhygienic, particularly the bed. Although towels were provided, they were wet and had a strong, unpleasant smell. These towels had been placed directly on the bed, which caused the bed itself to become wet and smelly as well. This clearly indicates that the room was not properly cleaned or prepared prior to our arrival.
