Francesc has created something very special here. The building is so warm and welcoming and the apartment was adorable, comfortable, and had everything one could want. He was very helpful and attentive. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone I know.

Apartamento correcto, le falta un poco de mantenimiento, la relación precio calidad es elevada.

− Lamentamos que su respuesta contenga afirmaciones que no se corresponden con lo sucedido durante nuestra estancia. En el momento del check-in le informamos de que, de forma puntual, podía venir una persona durante dos días por motivos laborales, ya que trabajaba de noche y no sabíamos con certeza si finalmente sería necesario. En ningún momento hubo intención de ocultarlo. Además, esa persona durmió en el sofá cama, sin afectar en absoluto al uso del apartamento. Y esas noches se ABONARON. Nos sorprende especialmente que afirme que fue necesaria una limpieza extraordinaria, reposición de objetos dañados, revisión de electrodomésticos o mantenimiento de desagües. Estas afirmaciones son falsas. Apenas estuvimos en el apartamento, ya que pasábamos la mayor parte del tiempo fuera e incluso realizábamos las comidas fuera del alojamiento. Antes de marcharnos dejamos el apartamento limpio, fregado y ordenado. No rompimos ni dañamos ningún objeto. Si realmente existieron desperfectos, agradeceríamos que los detallara y aportara las pruebas correspondientes, ya que nunca se nos comunicó nada al respecto. Nuestra valoración se limitó a reflejar nuestra experiencia como huéspedes. El apartamento presentaba varios aspectos de mantenimiento mejorables, como óxido en el baño, pintura desprendida en algunas paredes y una cisterna muy ruidosa. Aunque había elementos renovados, consideramos que, por el precio pagado, la relación calidad-precio no era la esperada.

La atención de Francesc es impecable, más allá del deber!!! El loft en el que nos alojamos es impresionante, con una delicada decoración boho-chic muy cuidada, limpieza extrema, todas las comodidades que te puedas imaginar (cocina, menaje, lavavajillas, horno, nevera, tostadora, cafetera, Aire Acondicionado, ventiladores, plancha, etc...) completísimo todo. Ampliamente recomendado. Aunque no está en el centro histórico está muy cercano a él y te plantas andando en unos 7-10 minutos al centro y a la playa. La zona es tranquila, sin bullicio y perfecta para descansar; con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar cerca.
