− Eines der oberen Waschbecken fließt nicht ab, Küchen Amatur beim Waschbecken kaputt, z.T. etwas vernachlässigt (Dreckige Spülmaschine und Schubladen in Küche)

Schöne Umgebung mit einem vernachlässigten/ verdrecktem Haus.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Holzhaus mit einer guten Lage. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber sehr heruntergekommen. Das Haus ist nach dreimaligen Besuch nicht mehr so wie wir es erwartet hatten.

− Das Bett im Untergeschoss ist gebrochen - zu zweit schlafen ist eine Zumutung, man rollt immer zusammen. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und nicht gesäubert, habe sie kurz mit Essig entkalkt und mehrmals durchlaufen lassen. Eine völlig verdreckte Bratpfanne im Backrohr und auch der Backofen wurde schon länger nicht gereinigt. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist lose/gebrochen und gibt geruchsintensives Wasser (riecht fischig) Zahnpasta der Vorgänger in den oberen Waschbecken. Jede Menge Spinnennetze und auch Wespennester. Auf jeden Fensterbrett und auch in den Bädern lagen Wanzen herum, man hat gemerkt, dass es schon lange keine ordentliche Reinigung gab. Sehr schade. Das so ein schönes Haus, vernachlässigt wird. Ein absolutes no go, waren auch die Zigarettestümmel im Wohnzimmer in der Dekoration. Wir sind echt enttäuscht und kommen somit nicht mehr!
