Comfy, convenient and well serviced apartment
8.0Host kept in contact prior to arrival and met us with the keys. Room, bedding and towels were clean. Parking was very secure which was much appreciated with the load we were carrying.
− Could have done with a small table and two chairs but space was limited.

Definitely not luxury, but worth the convenience and the outstanding hostess.
7.0Very convenient location right by the train station. Into Carstairs village is only 3 minutes on the bus. It was a quiet and peaceful stay, and a close walk to get groceries.
− There could definitely be improvements made with cleanliness. The cups and bowls were not cleaned properly. Old used sponge by the sink. Sugar jar full of old sugar with crud in it.

Didn’t stay as obvious fresh stains on bed!!!
1.0− We ended up not staying in the room after getting the keys & checking the room out we found a fresh stain on one of the duvets which put us off completely.
