Great stay, great location, clean, modern, spacious

− The property was fine, just thought it was a little expensive for two nights
Excellent and comfortable stay
9.0Excellent facilities taking care of the smallest detail. There was even a fan provided as it was expected to be hot.
− Not about the property but the village which has very narrow lanes

10.0Property was situated less than a 5 minute stroll from the harbour, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was spacious and with two nice bathrooms. Onsite parking was a nice bonus, especially as we didn’t use the car from arrival to departure. The place was clean, had a fully loaded functional kitchen, and multiple sofa areas. Bedrooms we also spacious. Host responded to my queries really quickly (I’d not read my email and the welcome book properly!). The outside patio space was also a nice addition. Overall we’d highly recommend and intend to use again ourselves.

8.0It was well situated, quiet, well appointed. Instructions to find the accommodation and parking were spot on. Nicely decorated with lots of lovely sofas. Appreciated the milk left in the fridge. Nice touch. Nice showers. My partner fixed the door hinges!
− There needed to be more desert spoons. The fan in the en suite wasn't working. The towels were rather musty smelling, although fluffy and large. Would have liked a pod style coffee machine, a personal preference. We did buy ground coffee.
Fabulous location
9.0Loved the location, an easy flat 5 minute walk to the harbour & the on-site secure parking was a huge bonus. The apartment offered all the facilities that we needed, a few minor niggles which were dealt with quickly & effectively by Graham. All in all, a great stay & would love to return next time we're in Mevagissey.
